WEDDING COORDINATOR/WEDDING MANAGER
With Qualifications :
- Position as Wedding and MICE coordinator
- Min 1 / 3 year experience in similar position in a 5* hotel or Wedding planning company.
- Excellent communication written and verbal skills.
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- The candidate will overview all logistics of weddings and events arrangements including contacting with suppliers such as florists, entertainment, photographers, FB catering, audiovisuals, etc.
- The candidate must have a very creative and artistic sense as well as strong planning, coordinating and executing all aspects of clients needs (for Weddings and MICE)
- The candidate will be strongly service oriented and with the only target of customer satisfaction.
- Hotel management degree and very fluent in English, plus another second language is also desirable.
- Local package for Indonesian citizen will be offered.
- Able to work long hours the occasional evening and weekend
