Kayumanis Private Villa and Spa is looking for dynamic and energetic young people to be a part of our team:
1. Sales Event /MICE
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for quote/up selling, maintain and create product, package for meeting, event, wedding, reception, party and other activities by coordinate to sales marketing team and operation team
- Responsible in estimating the package rate
- Responsible in making sure the flow of the events based on the events based on the details time frame
Requirements:
- Minimum college or university diploma in marketing, communication or related field is a must
- Has experience in similar position minimum of 2 years
- Able to work in a team, honest, highly motivated, good attitude and willing to learn
- Fluent in English both oral and written
- Having good knowledge in terms of computer work and excel spread sheet
- Having good networking in terms of MICE and weddings through Travel Agents, Wedding Organizer, Event Organizer and other supplier
- Outgoing, pleasant personality, mature, energetic and passionate
2. Chinese Guest Relation Officer
Requirements:
- Good interpersonal, Communication skills
- Excellent command of Mandarin both spoken and written
- Good appearance & well groomed
- Able to work immediately
