HUMAN RESOURCES MANAGER
With the requirements of:
- Male or female with minimum 3 years experience in the position in 3-4 star hotel
- Higher degree in hospitality/hotel/tourism
- Strong listening, influencing and negotiating skill
- Familiar with Indonesia labor law & regulation
- Strong knowledge with General Affairs matter
- Common with payroll system and insurance procedure
- Excellent time management and organizational skill
- Attentive, polite, professional, punctual, outgoing personality, excellent social skills, proactive, flexible and team player.
